November 27, 2025

Marie-Jeanne Beauchamp (MTA) recently participated in the conference The Art and Science Of Care organised by The American Association of Medicine and the Person, in Montreal. Part of a panel dedicated to arts therapies, her presentation, entitled Music Therapy: Strengthening Health with Art, aimed to define music therapy, present its main areas of application, and highlight its contribution to health and well-being, both in medical contexts and beyond (community, educational, etc.), with a particular focus on the central role of the therapeutic relationship in the intervention process. Our congratulations to Marie-Jeanne, a music therapist who is also a member of our Team at the Institute!
